Great lesson! I watched this the night before the first live session. During the first live session, I became aware of the need to control my attention, in order to fully listen, and found I was able to close off my sight to the distraction without closing my eyes.
Thank you Don Miguel! -
This one blew my mind! I don’t think I have been able to fully wrap my head around this concept yet, and I am incredibly impressed by what you described in the process of learning to listen. I feel that this is something that I most definitely have to work on and yet I consider myself to be a good listener! I’m now thinking that perhaps I’m not!

Yes! This lesson is an incredible example of what is possible when we are able to focus with razor sharp intent. Wow! It is breathtaking! I am humbled and filled with the inspiration.of possibilities. Thank you, Miguel.

I can’t even imagine the challenge of translating in “live” time, and only at 17 as well. Profound teacher Sarita was. I am so grateful that her teachings are alive, helping us all to remember to stay present in the moment, the flow of life. No distraction, just pin point of awareness and mindfulness to what is going on. So hard, and yet maybe not? Thank you.

This is definitely an area I still struggle with. ADHD seems to act like a magnifying glass to every sound and thought that passes by. But I have been able to focus with intent before, so I know it is possible. I’ll keep working to master it. Thank you for the powerful lesson!
