In this introductory lesson, don Miguel reflects on his desire to better understand the human mind while working as a Medical Doctor, and what initially led him to change the direction of his life.
At the end of the lesson, he talks about the Last Judgment, which means the last time you judge yourself. Take a moment now to imagine living your life completely free of self-judgment, and free of an automatic judgmental reaction when seeing others make choices you disagree with.
In addition to the Homework assignment that will be given in the following videos, this is a great week to review The Four Agreements. What have you been taking personally recently? How have you been judgmental because of an assumption you made (or are currently making)? Have you been impeccable with your word? This week’s lesson is an opportunity, and invitation, to completely change your personal world.
