In this lesson, don Jose talks about his own path to authenticity and taking responsibility for his actions. He mentions a course called “Dreaming,” which was taught by don Miguel over twenty years ago, and how inspiring he found his father’s message during those powerful gatherings. Even more than what was shared during those Dreaming workshops, don Jose feels it was his father’s loving heart of gold that left the strongest impression on him.

I am so grateful to have discovered the Toltec path which deeply resonates with how I’ve always lived my life as a heart centred human. I too was VERY lost to the parasite when younger, and even now at almost 65, I still have to catch my negative thoughts and transform them before they take root. Thank you for modelling this work and shining a light into the world for others to find their/our way ‘home’

After two decades of therapy, I stumbled across The Four Agreements. To say it was life-changing is an understatement. I finally found a framework that actually helped me start to heal from the parasite mind and re-discover who I was without it.
