These sessions are quiet and simple.
We start with a short welcome, then Zoom stays open for silent reading.
Youโre welcome to join for 10 minutes or stay for the full hour.
Arrive late. Leave early. No explanation needed.
You can have your camera on or off.
You can read during the session or on your own time. Both are welcome.

These sessions are focused on questions and deeper conversation.
Reading happens before these sessions.
Questions are submitted ahead of time.
Aaron and Karla respond to what feels most useful for the group.
The goal is to bring more clarity to the teachings and how they meet real life.
